白酒の生産で有名な雲南省は宾川で開催された名酒文化博物館・国際コンペ案。

固態発酵を採用する世界的にも珍しい白酒の発酵法を形態に変換した展示空間と宾川の地理的特徴(河が交差し長江が生まれる場所)を参照した交流動線空間で構成された博物館の提案である。既存大学キャンパス内にある敷地は不整形で起伏のある地形であったが、キャンパス動線を博物館へ連続させると共に地形の起伏を生かした内部動線で周囲との親和を試みた。地面に埋没したり地表に現れる断面構成は地下に埋設させて発酵させる白酒の特徴的な作り方を体現させる計画である。

This is an international competition proposal for a famous liquor culture museum held in Binchuan, Yunnan, which is famous for the production of white liquor.

The proposal for the museum consists of an exhibition space that spatializes the world's rare fermentation method that employs solid-state fermentation, and a flow line space that references the geographical features of Binchuan (where rivers mix and the Yangtze River is born). The existing university campus, which is the site of the museum, has an undulating topography, and the plan was to make the existing campus flow line continuous to the museum and to make use of the undulations in the internal flow line. The plan to bury the building in the terrain is also compatible with the characteristic method of making baijiu (white liquor), which is fermented by burying it underground.
